General Information
At Elisa in Balloonland we work with only Qualatex balloons. Our education is on-going so that we are constantly learning new techniques and ideas to provide for our clients. Elisa and her staff attend seminars and conventions all over the wold.
We work with the highest quality balloons and equipment on the market. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. They decompose at the rate of an oak leaf.
The other wonderful thing about our balloons is that they have longer float times and a beautiful variety of colors that you will not find with other balloons on the market. Float time of latex balloons cannot be guaranteed as they are a natural product. We treat all our bouquets for the maximum float time possible.
Factors such as light, temperature and altitude affect float times of balloons. We recommend that inflated balloons are not taken out of Jerusalem, since the pressure difference will affect their appearance and float times.
Oxidation, the clouding over of the surface of latex balloons, is a normal process.
Foil balloons should not be released outdoors. Foil balloons conduct electricity and can interfere with electric lines and aircraft.
For our balloon bouquets, if a balloon may burst or deflate, we cannot replace or refund, providing the item arrived intact to the delivery address.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will do our best to locate the actual recipient, within reason. A refund will not be given if the balloons are not finally delivered, because of incorrect information. A extra delivery charge will be charged if the delivery is in a different neighborhood then the given address.
Latex is a natural product to which some individuals are allergic.
Helium, which is used to inflate many of our balloons is non-toxic but is dangerous to inhale.
Inflated balloons are not toys and should not be given to children under 8 when unsupervised. Carefully dispose of broken balloons strings, they are a choking hazard for children and babies.
Every balloon arrangement is hand-crafted and may vary slightly from the portfolio pictures on our site.
